Shipping policy

All our products are sent by DPD next day delivery via George and Joseph Ltd.

ALL SHIPPING IS FREE TO YOU THE CUSTOMER

All deliveries are subject to a maximum next day delivery. It is not possible to rearrange delivery outside of this delivery window once dispatched.

Orders received before midnight on the Monday, will be sent out on the Wednesday for delivery on Thursday.

Any package delivered to your address by DPD is your responsibility once they have have shown delivery either to you or to a safe place or neighbour as agreed with you.

Any package that goes missing subsequent to confirmed delivery by DPD cannot be replaced or refunded.

However if you have any issues with the service provided by DPD we will consider a refund - dependent on evidence provided by DPD and yourself. This is discretionary.

We do not deliver to the Highlands of Scotland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland.
